Rose-Anne B Frano – Director

frano-rose-anneRose-Anne focuses her practice on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning for individuals and their families and the administration of estates and trusts. On the planning side, Rose-Anne is experienced in the creation of tax-efficient succession plans using a variety of both traditional estate planning vehicles and business entities. Rose-Anne also is experienced in drafting customized beneficiary designations for IRAs and other tax-deferred investment accounts.

On the administration side, Rose-Anne is experienced in the preparation of federal estate and gift tax returns, the administration of trusts and estates consisting of closely held businesses, and complex post mortem planning techniques.

Rose-Anne received her undergraduate degree from Tulane University, cum laude, her J.D., with high honors, and her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida. Rose-Anne is a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association, has served twice as the chair of the Sarasota County Bar Estate Planning and Probate Section, and is a current member of the Sarasota County Bar Estate Planning and Probate Section Steering Committee.
