Nearly 300 Easter Seals families gathered at our 350 Braden Ave campus last Friday to celebrate the season with a Christmas party so big that Santa himself had to stop by and check it out. The big man arrived via fire truck and came complete with gifts and goodies for all to enjoy.
The Festive Christmas fun continued on throughout the evening giving Easter Seals children and their families the opportunity to jump in a bounce house, get photographed with a 200 pound llama, indulge in a room full of sweet treats and even get their faces painted.
The Easter Seals halls were filled with toys for the taking. Handcrafted wooden air planes, fire trucks and cars were just a few of the some 400 wooden toys that were donated by the Woodworkers of Trailers Estates. The evening was capped off with a delicious dinner complete with mashed potatoes, ham, green beans and corn.
