Our employee spotlight for the month of August shines a bright light on Viktoria Bridgeford. Viktoria is our resident Picasso and artist extraordinaire. An art teacher by trade, Viktoria has spent the last 15 years in the United States, with three of those years in Bradenton. Viktoria received her undergraduate degree in Early Education and her masters in Art while studying in North Russia. Before joining Easter Seals, Viktoria worked with the art program at Manatee Technical College. Shortly after leaving MTC, Viktoria joined us here at Easter Seals and boy are we glad she did!
Viktoria has helped Easter Seals students achieve great success having taught them how to draw, paint and craft custom pieces of art work, including favorites like our custom pet portraits and butterfly magnets made from recycled soda cans. Her teaching talents are limitless and have given Easter Seals students the opportunity to earn an income through the sale of their art work.
Viktoria also has an art studio in Bradenton’s Village of the Arts. In case you are in the area, feel free to stop and look, as she welcomes all visitors.
